Ajit Menon is Vice President, Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation supporting all therapeutic areas across Janssen Pharmaceuticals North America.

In this newly formed leadership role, Ajit is charged with leading the strategy, implementation and scaling of Janssen’s AI and predictive analytics initiatives across all brands, businesses and functions. He is responsible for the rollout of the entire Janssen Omnichannel Customer Engagement program and owns the roadmap for future customer engagement transformations, including the design and implementation of cross-functional advanced analytics initiatives supporting patient engagement, strategic customers and medical and scientific engagement.

Ajit joined Janssen in 2015 in the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). Prior to Janssen, Ajit held roles of increasing responsibility across management consulting, pricing analytics and biotech. Ajit is a trained pharmacist and holds a PhD in Pharmacy Administration (Health Outcomes) from the University of Georgia.
