 Carlo Cicacci is an experienced marketer with a diverse background spanning a broad range of functional areas within the pharmaceutical industry. His experience includes Marketing, Sales, Commercial Analytics and Sales Operations across multiple brands within the Immunology and Oncology markets.

In his current role as Product Director, HCP Marketing, Carlo leads the strategic planning and competitive strategy for a market-leading portfolio of Rheumatology products. Working in a highly dynamic and competitive space, he leverages digital innovation, market insights and novel marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth.

Carlo is passionate about leveraging his diverse analytical background to drive digital innovation in highly competitive markets. Most recently, he led a digital transformation that overhauled the HCP engagement model for Janssen Rheumatology. He also has experience with multiple product launches and enjoys the challenge that comes with building brands in complex markets.

Aside from marketing, Carlo also enjoys mentoring and coaching others to help them reach their full potential. He is actively involved in the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) mentoring program at Johnson & Johnson.
Carlo holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Arcadia University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University. He also is pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing at Drexel University.
