Kristie Cline is Director, Patient Advocacy at Marinus Pharmaceuticals leading the organization’s global patient advocacy efforts as they plan a path forward to provide new treatment options for the epilepsy community. She actively engages with global rare disease organizations on patient-centered strategies and initiatives to drive patient engagement in early-stage development programs and clinical trial opportunities.
Kristie joined Marinus in 2021 from Greenwich Biosciences where she led the US Patient Advocacy efforts across multiple therapeutic areas from the clinical stage through commercialization. Earlier in her career, Kristie spent over 15 years with UCB and held commercial leadership roles in the Neurology and Immunology space. Her experiences in over 13 therapeutic areas, including several rare disorders, combined with her training and development background have helped shape her truly cross-functional collaborative approach across the organization.
She received her BS in Chemistry and MBA from Marshall University and is an active member of the Professional Patient Advocates in Life Sciences organization (PPALS).
