Michael currently is an Associate Director, HCP Omni-Channel and Digital Analytics Solutions and partners with AbbVie's Commercial Analytics and Operations (CA&O) organization in defining and delivering transformative technology solutions. Along with his CA&O partners, Michael leverages digital innovation to make a remarkable impact on patient lives by creating intuitive, insight-driven, and connected customer experiences for AbbVie’s HCP customers.
Prior to AbbVie, Michael lead Veeva CRM solutions at Astellas and worked on enhancing rep experience by creating an intuitive total account view for Astellas reps on their Veeva and Salesforce.com platforms. Prior to Astellas, Michael was part of ZS Associates Customer Centric Marketing (CCM) practice working with pharmaceutical organizations in helping them achieve orchestrated experiences across sales and marketing by elevating their data, analytics, and digital capabilities.
